Credit Bank of Moscow is regulated by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia) and holds General Banking License № 1978 issued by the Bank of Russia on 6 May 2016. AML/CFT authority is the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

CBM is registered with the Internal Revenue Service of the United States as Participating FI not covered by an IGA (GIIN: ABTHPP.00000.LE.643).
