Oleg A. Borunov is appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW
October 27, 2017 Oleg Alexandrovich Borunov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and became a member of the Management Board. Oleg Borunov’s key task will be to develop the Bank’s investment banking business.
Oleg Borunov embarked on a financial career in 1998 as banking associate eventually reaching executive positions in the investment banking sector which he held for more than 14 years with VTB Capital, PJSC Bank VTB, Deutsche Bank and United Financial Group, where he was responsible for building and developing investment banking business in Russia and abroad.
In 2002 he graduated from the State University of Management with a degree in Finance and Credit.
In 2003 he accomplished Ernst&Young’s training course "Russian Contractual Law and Resolution of Disputes Arising out of Contracts". In 2006 he obtained a financial market specialist qualification in brokerage, dealing and securities management from the Institute of Stock Market and Management (CBR certificate 1.0.). In 2014 he passed UK financial regulation certification at the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. In 2017 he obtained Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission’s diploma upon completion of the training course "Financial Services Regulation: Advanced Level".
